Meet Maddie
Hello, I’m Madalina—though most people know me as Maddie.
I am a proud mother of two wonderful boys, the wife of a brilliant engineer, and the owner and Medical Director of LaSalle Medical Aesthetics. As a Certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in both Canada and the United States, I bring a strong background in primary and acute care, along with more than six years of advanced training and experience in medical aesthetics.
My approach to aesthetics is grounded in safety, education and individualized care. I believe the best results should enhance your natural features, help you feel refreshed and confident, and still allow you to look like yourself. Every treatment begins with a thoughtful consultation, an honest conversation and a personalized plan designed around your goals, anatomy and comfort level.
At our beautiful clinic located at 2545 Ouellette Avenue, Unit 4, in Windsor, we are proud to offer a carefully selected range of injectable, laser and advanced skin treatments. Our technology includes the Sciton mJOULE platform with BBL and MOXI, Sylfirm X radiofrequency microneedling, OxyGeneo medical facials and advanced mesotherapy treatments. We also offer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, microneedling, professional skincare and other customized aesthetic and wellness services.

My Story
My journey in healthcare has been defined by a lifelong commitment to excellence, education, and compassionate patient care.
Originally from Romania, I began my medical education career with a strong foundation in teaching, serving as an instructor at the Romania Air Force Base in Bacau county where I had the privilege of teaching English to military personnel. This early experience shaped my discipline, precision and unwavering commitment to the highest standards of educating others -values that continue to guide my practice today.
After immigrating to Canada, I pursued my nursing education at the University of Windsor, earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing with Honours in 2014. My career took me across a variety of healthcare settings in Michigan, United States where I gained extensive experience caring for patients in primary care, acute care, and complex medical environments.
Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, I continued my education at the University of Detroit Mercy, earning a Master of Science in Nursing with Family Nurse Practitioner specialization. As a Nurse Practitioner, I have cared for thousands of patients in high volume primary care practices, with a strong emphasis on preventative medicine, patient education and developing lasting relationships built on trust.
My passion for aesthetics led me to pursue advanced training through the Canadian Association of Medical Aesthetics in 2021. Soon after, I founded Lasalle Medical Aesthetics and Wellness, where I have created a boutique medical aesthetics practice that combines science, artistry and personalized care. Alongside my aesthetic practice, I continue to serve patients as a Nurse Practitioner within the Wellbridge and NexCare Health Systems in Michigan, allowing me to remain deeply connected to evidence-based medicine.
Growing up in Romania and being influenced by European beauty ideals has profoundly shaped my aesthetic philosophy. I believe true beauty is timeless, elegant, and never artificial. My goal is not to change your appearance, but to restore balance, enhance your natural features, and help you age with confidence and grace.
Medical aethetics is one of the fastest-evolving fields in medicine and I believe my patients deserve access to the very best. I regularly participate in advanced national and international training programs, mastering the latest technologies, regenerative treatments and evidence based techniques to ensure every treatment reflects the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.
