We are delighted to welcome you to the LaSalle Beauty Club, an exclusive membership designated to help you achieve beautiful, natural results through consistent, personalized care. 

To ensure the best experience for all members, please review the following membership guidelines.

Membership Guidelines

Minimum Membership Commitment

All members require a minimum 6-month commitment. After the initial commitment period your membership automatically continues on a convenient month-to-month basis unless cancelled.

Monthly Membership Credits

Your monthly membership fee is converted into treatment credit that can be used toward eligible services and products at Lasalle Medical Aesthetics.

   Your credit may be used for:

  • Medical aesthetics treatments

  • Injectables

  • Laser procedures

  • Skin rejuvenation treatments

  • Medical-grade skincare products

   Exculsions may apply to promotional packages or select services​

Credit Rollover

Unused membership credits automatically roll over each month and remain avaiable for up to 12 months from the date they are earned. ​

This allows you to save towards larger treatments whenever you'd like.

Membership Benefits

Your membership includes exculsive pricing and VIP benefits avaiable only to members.

Depending on your membership level, benefits may include:

  • Preferred member pricing 

  • Complimentary treatments

  • Discount on skincare

  • Birthday gifts

  • Priority appointment booking

  • Exclusive member events

  • Early access to promotions

  • Complimentary consultations

Appointment Booking 

Members receive priority sceduling and prefered access to available appointments. We kindly encourage booking in advance to reserve your prefered treatment dates. 

Membership Freeze

Life happens. 

You may pause your membership for up to 2 months per calender year due to travel, medical reasons, or other personal circumstances.

Requests must be made prior to your next billing date.

Membership Cancellation

Following the initial 6-month commitment, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. 

Any unused membership credits remain available until their original expiry date, provided the account is in good standing. 

Non-Transferable Membership

Memberships, benefits and accumulated credits are:

  • Non-transferable

  • Non-refundable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Valid only for the registered member

Promotions & Discounts

Member pricing cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts. Whenever multiple offers are available, you will automatically recieve the greater value. 

Treatment Eligibility

All treatments remain subject to medical assessment and clinical suitability. Your provider may recommend an alternative treatment if it is deemed safer or more appropriate for your individual needs.

Payment

Membership fees are automatically processed each month using your preferred payment method on file.

Missed Payments

If a payment is declined, membership benefits will be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance has been resolved.

Changes to Membership

Members may upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time. 

Downgrades become available after completion of the initial membership commitment.

Member Refferal Rewards

When you refer a new patient who joins the LaSalle Beauty Club or completes their first qualifying treatment:

  •  You receive a $50 treatment credit

  • Your referral receives a welcome gift or treatment credit
