At LaSalle Medical Aesthetics, we focus on providing outstanding client service, which is why we have established basic policies to improve your experience. These guidelines are designed to ensure a seamless visit rather than to impose.​​​​​

Late Cancellations

Just Let Us Know

Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. There is a 50$ cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 48  hours.

Running late?

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at LaSalle Medical Aesthetics and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.

Please do not come more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment unless you were instructed to do so (you need prior numbing).

'No tip' Policy
According to CNO Standards, all Registered Nurses are not allowed to accept any tips or gifts from patients or their families. Please do not leave any tips or gifts. If you are happy with our services, you can leave a google review. We appreciate you!
 

Privacy Policy

LaSalle Medical Aesthetics & Wellness respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal and health information you provide to us.

We may collect information that you provide directly through our website, booking forms, contact forms, purchases, consultations or other interactions with our clinic. This may include your name, contact information, health information, appointment details, treatment history, payment information, feedback and other information necessary to provide our services.

Our website may also collect certain technical information, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device information, pages visited, session duration and other website-usage information. This information may be used to help us operate, secure and improve our website and services.

Audio and Video Surveillance

For the safety and security of our clients, staff and premises, LaSalle Medical Aesthetics & Wellness uses audio and video surveillance in certain public areas of the clinic, including the reception and waiting areas.

Surveillance is not used in treatment rooms, washrooms or other areas where there is a heightened expectation of privacy. Recordings are accessed only when reasonably required for safety, security or related operational purposes and are handled securely in accordance with our privacy practices.

Clinical Photography

Before-and-after photographs may be taken when clinically appropriate for treatment planning, documentation and medical-record purposes. These images are kept confidential as part of your medical record.

Clinical photographs are not used for advertising, social media or other promotional purposes without separate consent.

  • communicate with you regarding appointments, treatments and follow-up;

  • maintain appropriate medical and business records;
