Late Cancellations
Just Let Us Know
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. As a new client, there is a 50$ cancellation fee if you cancel or reschedule your appointment in less than 48 hours.
Running late?
Please Let Us Know
Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at LaSalle Medical Aesthetics and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
Please do not come more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment unless you were instructed to do so (you need prior numbing).
'No tip' Policy
According to CNO Standards, all Registered Nurses are not allowed to accept any tips or gifts from patients or their families. Please do not leave any tips or gifts. If you are happy with our services, you can leave a google review. We appreciate you!
Privacy Policy
We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information including name, email, comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile. Our offices are equipped with security camera systems for our and client safety. These could be turned off at client's request or if our staff considers it necessary for privacy. Before and after pictures are required for insurance purposes and are kept strictly confidential in your medical records.
