Botulinum Toxin

Toxin injections use a toxin called onobotulinum toxin to temporarily prevent a muscle from moving. The most common use of these injections is to temporarily relax the facial muscles that cause wrinkles to prevent dynamic wrinkles.

The effects typically last from 3 to 6 months, while results vary from person to person.
