(WorldLink Medical)

Every woman goes through menopause, yet many are never offered treatment for their symptoms. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT) is a safe, effective option to address both symptoms and long-term health.

From around age 30, men’s testosterone levels tend to decline by approximately 2–3% per year. Over time, this can contribute to symptoms that many men assume are “just aging,” including fatigue, reduced libido, muscle loss, metabolic changes, and mood shifts.

As hormones change in midlife, many people notice shifts in metabolism, body composition, and energy. Even with “perfect” diet and exercise, weight can become harder to manage. Our approach combines hormone restoration with targeted metabolic support.
Our Program
Our mission:
to support your wellness, vitality, and confidence as you age, so you can truly live your best life.

Why Bioidentical HRT?
Bioidentical hormone therapy helps support the natural changes that come with aging, menopause, and andropause. Balanced hormones influence:
-
Metabolism and weight management
-
Blood sugar and cholesterol
-
Memory and cognitive function
-
Bone health
-
Sexual wellness
-
Mood, sleep, and emotional stability

With age, hormone levels tend to decline significantly, and this drop is linked to increased risk of chronic disease. Our goal is to restore your hormones to an optimal range—balanced for long-term health, not just symptom relief.
Every treatment plan is evidence-informed and personalized to your unique physiology. Care is delivered virtually, and prescriptions are shipped directly to your home.
Try our program for four months and experience what optimized hormones can do for your energy, mood, and quality of life.

Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women
Bioidentical hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause
Every woman goes through menopause, yet many are never offered treatment for their symptoms. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT) is a safe, effective option to address both symptoms and long-term health.

Is bHRT Safe?
Much of the concern around hormone therapy began with the early interpretation of the 2002 Women’s Health Initiative (WHI) study. That trial used non-bioidentical hormones and its results were widely misinterpreted, leading many women and clinicians to avoid HRT altogether.

Since then, multiple experts and studies have clarified that the harms were overstated and not applicable to modern bioidentical hormone therapy. Research using bioidentical estradiol and micronized progesterone has shown:
-
Protection against heart attack and stroke
-
Reduced overall mortality
-
Improved bone density and lower fracture risk
-
No increased risk of breast cancer when used appropriately

One example is the Danish Osteoporosis Prevention Study, which demonstrated reduced risk of death, heart failure, and heart attack without increasing the risk of cancer, blood clots, or stroke.
Regulatory guidance has evolved as well; updated evidence has led to the removal of older warnings linking estrogen to breast cancer risk in certain contexts.

Why Bioidentical Hormones?
Bioidentical hormones are structurally identical to the hormones your body naturally produces. When prescribed and monitored by clinicians with specific training, they can provide powerful symptom relief and long-term health benefits.
We encourage women to become informed and explore trusted resources, including:
-
Estrogen Matters by Dr. Avrum Bluming and Carol Tavris
-
Educational lectures by Dr. Neal Rouzier
-
Conversations on HRT by Dr. Andrew Huberman and Dr. Sara Gottfried

Testosterone for Women
Testosterone is often thought of as a “male” hormone, but it is crucial for women’s health as well. Before perimenopause, women typically have functional testosterone levels that are about three times higher than estrogen.
Testosterone is usually the first hormone to decline as women approach perimenopause. Low testosterone can affect:
-
Libido and sexual satisfaction
-
Energy and motivation
-
Muscle tone and strength
-
Mood and cognitive function
There is no true hormone balance without adequate testosterone. Our clinicians are trained to safely incorporate testosterone as part of a fully balanced hormone prescription when appropriate.

Our approach for women: evidence-informed, personalized, and centred around your goals, values, and quality of life.

Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men
Testosterone optimization for longevity, vitality, and wellness

From around age 30, men’s testosterone levels tend to decline by approximately 2–3% per year. Over time, this can contribute to symptoms that many men assume are “just aging,” including fatigue, reduced libido, muscle loss, metabolic changes, and mood shifts.

Benefits of Testosterone Optimization
Restoring testosterone to an optimal range—not just “normal”—may support:
-
Higher energy and reduced fatigue
-
Improved libido and sexual function
-
Increased muscle mass and strength
-
Sharper cognitive function and better mood
-
Improved bone density and resilience

Testosterone and Prostate Cancer
A common concern is whether testosterone therapy increases the risk of prostate cancer. Contemporary research, including work led by Dr. Abraham Morgentaler, has shown that restoring testosterone to healthy levels does not raise prostate cancer risk.

The “saturation model” helps explain why: the prostate requires only a certain amount of testosterone to function. Once that level is reached, additional testosterone does not further stimulate prostate tissue.

Testosterone and Cardiovascular Health
Testosterone therapy has also been studied for potential cardiovascular risks. Large, well-designed trials—such as the TRAVERSE trial published in the New England Journal of Medicine—have demonstrated no increased risk of major cardiovascular events in men receiving testosterone compared to placebo.
In fact, several studies suggest that optimizing testosterone levels may support cardiovascular health in appropriately selected men.

The Commitment
Testosterone replacement is a significant decision. When you take external testosterone, your body often reduces or stops its own production, and this can impact fertility.
-
Testosterone therapy can make you temporarily or permanently infertile while on treatment
-
Restarting natural testosterone and sperm production later can be complex and is not always successful
For this reason, testosterone optimization is best suited to men who have completed their families and are prepared for a long-term commitment.

Our goal for men: to support energy, strength, mood, and long-term health through carefully monitored, evidence-informed testosterone therapy.

Metabolism & Weight Loss
Hormonal weight gain is common—but it’s not something you have to accept.

As hormones change in midlife, many people notice shifts in metabolism, body composition, and energy. Even with “perfect” diet and exercise, weight can become harder to manage. Our approach combines hormone restoration with targeted metabolic support.

A Comprehensive, Holistic Plan
We design a personalized care plan based on your hormones, health history, and goals. Your plan may include:
-
Bioidentical hormone prescriptions
-
Weight loss medications (including GLP-1 injectables such as semaglutide)
-
Other prescription therapies as indicated
-
High-quality supplements and targeted injectables
-
Wellness and lifestyle coaching

Hormones as the Foundation
Hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and thyroid play a central role in metabolic health. When these are out of balance, it can feel like your body is working against you.

Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT) forms the foundation of our metabolic optimization program. Once hormone balance is addressed, additional tools—like GLP-1 medications—can be far more effective.

GLP-1 Medications and Sustainable Change
GLP-1 medications (such as semaglutide) can help by:
-
Reducing hunger and cravings
-
Supporting more stable blood sugar
-
Making it easier to maintain a calorie deficit

We use these medications as part of a broader strategy, not a quick fix. While GLP-1s can help jumpstart weight loss, long-term success comes from combining them with personalized nutrition, physical activity, and stress management habits.

Our focus: helping you feel more in control of your body, your appetite, and your long-term health—not just the number on the scale.
