Active Acne

We use a variety of approaches:

• In addition to medical grade skin care products like Zo skinhealth, our NP can prescribe topical or oral medications to treat acne.

• Mesotherapy with U225 gun and Pluryal Mesoline Clear - used to regulate sebum, reduce acne and blemishes, and decrease inflammation.

• Latest micro needling RF technology, Sylfirm X -proven to treat active acne as well as acne scars.

• OxyGeneo 3-in-1-medical grade facial; Balance with activated Bamboo Charcoal is ideal for treating oily and acne prone skin. It mattifies oily skin,purifies clogged pores, and clears toxins and bacteria.

• Chemical peels-we use a variety of professional chemical peels (glycolic acid, TCA,Salicylic acid) , from lightest to deepest to help heal acne.

Acne Scars

• Mesotherapy or PRP with U225 gun (microneedling helps break the fibrotic bonds and help tissue regenarate by growing healthy collagen and elastin); at least 3 sessions 1 month apart are  needed to see improvements

• Sylfirm X treatments are very effective at breaking up the collage adhesions underneath pitted acne scars and effectively remodeling the scars by filling them with new, healthy collagen. As a result, most patients see a dramatic reduction in the appearance of acne scars with a series of treatments.

• Fillers are used when Sylfirm is not an option for the client; we can use fillers to compensate for some of the volume loss caused by the scars. Radiesse filler and a biostimulator has shown great results in reducing scaring and long term collagen production.

• Subcision-aka subcutaneuous incisionless surgery uses a tri beveled hypodermic needle to break the fibrotic strands that ; provides long term improvement in the "rolling scars" of selected patients;
   

Pigmentation

• Mesotherapy or PRP with U225 gun are both effective for treating pigmentation. At least 3 sessions are recommended 1 month apart.

• Sylfirm X followed by PRP or exosomes; Sylfirm X treats pigmentation and melasma by restoring the basement membrane while also healing the abnormal blood vessels that cause melasma and pigmentation. 

• Medical grade skincare products that contain retinol or hydroquinone. Tranexamic acid is also an option.

Rosacea or Redness
